Banks are idiots and realtors can steal money without them caring LOL.

Anyway way too many deals like this goes on in brooklyn. I see fresh new ad for house for sale by some company that the banks gives them to sale. call them right away, and most of the time either they say oh we can't show it cause we don't have all the info or paper work by the bank. or they would go the agent will call you back or call back next week etc... they never do call back or call them back next week same info. oh call us back when the bank is ready. after like a month. the place gets sold for way under the market price.

so finally I got sick of dealing with frauds like this. so i try to call one of the banks telling them how fishy the thing is. i'm offering sight unseen and more than their asking price and atleast 60% down or pay for the whole thing if i see it. the bank goes oh you gotta call the realtors, we don't handle any of it. im telling them the realtor is giving the round around. basically ripping them off lol.

btw someone I won't say who, got themsleves into a deal like this. he saw the ad like i did. he was the first to call. the ad price is 100k lower than what he is paying for. so basically the realtor goes that price is for the bank and the other price is for someone else. that has to be in cash etc... real shady. yet no banks care!!! once this person i know was willing to pay them 100k more than on the contract. they tell other buyers its a piece of !@#$ it needs tons of work etc.. and nobody is moving out etc...even though they are all market price tenants with no leases.

most deals though are insider deals. where they won't even let outsiders touch it.

just my rant cause i call some many of the banks numbers none of them knows or cares.
