Hi!

I am looking to sublet my room in a 3 BR apt in Park Slope from Jan 15 (or earlier!)-Sept 1. (You could renew the lease on Sept 1 if you wanted to stay longer!) Moving in on Feb. 1st might be possible too! (If you are interested, but cannot stay through 9/1, email me anyway and we can still chat!)

APT:

It is a wonderful apartment with a backyard and tons of living space/storage space. It feels like a real house! Apt is fully furnished. Big comfy leather couch. Dishwasher in kitchen. Private yard with deck.

ROOMATES: You will be living with 2 fantastic mid-upper 20s roommates (one female, one male) who are both professionals, friendly, fun, neat, respectful and rarely home. Gabby works for education non-profit and Jordan works as electical engineer.

LOCATION: St Marks Ave btwn 5th and 6th PARK SLOPE So close to so many trains! It is less than 2 minutes from the Bergen Street 2/3 stop; 5 minutes from the Atlantic Ave 2,3,4,5,B,N,R,D,B; 7 minutes from the 7thAve B,Q and of course, if you do not know Park Slope is a WONDERFUL neighborhood with all the cute restaurants, bars and shopping you could ever desire!

THE ROOM: The room itself is large as well you can see from the pictures! I have a bed, dresser, and bench in there but you could also fit desk and chair if desired. Bed can be sold or potentially given away if desired.

RENT AND SPECIAL DEAL: We each pay a seperate check for rent and this room is $1,100. Electricity is currently the only other expense we have (~$20 per month). As an added deal - if you move in anytime between now and Jan 15th you will only pay $500 for the month of January - so, the sooner you move in, the more money you will save!
