Panel presentation and open dialogue
For thirty years the All Stars Project has created the most successful citywide network of outside of school youth programs in the city. The All Stars recognizes that the problems and failures that many young people have in school happen because they need more and better opportunities to develop. The All Stars' programs use performance as a tool for development and believe every young person should have access to these kinds of programs. The All Stars is part of a citywide movement to expand innovation in after-school and youth development policy
