Urban chickens internship opportunity

Our start-up is seeking a hard-working and entrepreneurial intern to help us launch a new project to help spread the joy of raising chickens across NYC, starting in Brooklyn. We are looking for someone with an interest in both urban agriculture (chickens especially) and small business development. This is a unique opportunity to get involved in every aspect of an exciting new business from the ground up.

Pay: Unpaid at first, but possibility to earn an hourly wage after business launches in the early spring.

Hours: Looking for a minimum commitment of 10 hrs/wk.

Start and Duration: Immediate start, looking for a minimum of a 3 month commitment.

Location: Brooklyn - most work can be done remotely.

Duties may include:

- Various administrative duties

- Internet research

- Business planning

- Operations planning

- Advertising and marketing work

- Some physical labor likely
