Scaffolding down on Classon bet. EP and Lincoln
The scaffolding that's covered the east sidewalk of Classon between Eastern Parkway and Lincoln for some time now is down. Visible are signs about available retail space -- not sure if they're new or old.
This stretch of Classon is still pretty downtrodden. It looks a lot better without the scaffolding now. Hopefully someone will move in!

They added a@4ft high additional parapet to the top of the building. They did the job very fast and from the street the quality of the work completed is excellent. I don't know if the building owner was compelled by the city to make the repairs or improvements but it is a good sign to see something so dangerous/deadly like falling loose bricks repaired. Walking up Lincoln just before Franklin look at the front of the for rent building next to the beauty shop. When that gives way it will kill or crush whoever it falls on.
