Hear word of a bike rack steal off of a car this past week and it follows a hood removed from a Jeep in December and few other minor (and odd thefts). Mad scrappers?

Anymore folks know of?

At least neighbors have been reporting to the 72nd Pct, though that does not mean it will show on their stats...or increased patrols
