Can anyone recommend a nice place/ good food in PS for Easter?

In Park Slope, I would recommend Stone Park Cafe. Excellent brunch.

For places that take reservations, I'd jump on it fast, I'm sure they are booking fast. I'd call Applewood and see what they are planning:

Also, Carroll Gardens has tons of places, I'd go to menupages and just start sorting by nabe/cuisine and contact them. (Some ideas PrimeMeats, Alchemy, Al Di La, Frankies, Char 4, Melt)

I went to Saul yesterday for dinner and noticed they do Brunch, that would be an excellent choice.
