uhhh...that is SAD. But it´s even sadder that the McD employee wanted to take credit for recording it all and he is laughing his ass off during the whole incident. The old lady is the only one who got got the guts to stop these two f*cking bitches.

Just saw this myself about the McDonalds employee who tape the thing and heard laughing. he should be fried and rumors are it was a transgender girl. they wouldn't let her use the bathroom.

The video was taken by McDonald’s worker Vernon Hackett, according to The Smoking Gun.

Hackett, who has worked at McDonald's in Rosedale since September 2009, claimed credit for the video on his Facebook account, which he has since taken down.

At one point the employee can be heard laughing hysterically at the violence in front of him.

The video emerged yesterday on music website worldstarhiphop.com and has sparked fierce debate about the inaction of the McDonald's staff.

One visitor to the site last night commented: 'Where the heck were the employees? This is crazy and sad.'

Well, it doesn´t matter if it was a man, woman, trans, homo, or whatever...above all is a person, a human being. Is this a hate crime? Well I have no idea, it might be, but that´s not the point. What I know for sure is that those two bitch*s were evil and acted like animals. I don´t believe in black against white, white against black, non Asian against Asian, etc, you name it. I believe in good people and bad people no matter their skin tone.

I'm with Christina on this. I am just as pissed about the guy taking the video as I am about those two little punk ass girls. What they didi to that woman was disgusting and shows what cowards they are by jumping her.

those girls should be sterilized. The employees should be fired and deported to anyplace other than the first world. I hope the person getting murdered sues McDonald's for not providing even a reasonable amount of safety as a customer. I am ashamed for the onlookers. Glad to see an old lady had to step up. complete animals, these are the video shown to regular people by the NRA that promote the carrying of handguns

I think the employee is using the transgender thing as a excuse to say oh they started the fight cause they didn't want them to use the bathroom etc.. some communities are very homophobic etc.... also you heard him laughing and telling the girls to go now since the cops are on the way. this guy should be fried and i hope he is.

It shouldn't matter but something similar happen in nyc where some transgender girl got beaten also I think at a another mcdonalds by bunch of girls. a while back can someone find that one?

A transgender woman beaten at a Baltimore County McDonald's spoke out on Saturday, saying that the attack was "definitely a hate crime" and that she's been afraid to go out in public ever since.

"They said, 'That's a dude, that's a dude and she's in the female bathroom,' " said Chrissy Lee Polis, 22, who said she stopped at the Rosedale restaurant to use the restroom. "They spit in my face."

A worker at the restaurant taped Monday's attack and created a graphic video that went viral last week. After the video garnered hundreds of thousands of views on websites, McDonald's issued a statement condemning the incident, and on Saturday the worker who taped the incident was fired.
