Some might say, given the obscenely high commercial rental market in PS that:

"There is no way this will be like chinatown. With rent prices here, it's going to be a dollar a dumpling and they'll cut corners on the product to make ends meet."

Eton wanted to move to PS, I talked to them and there is a reason they went to PH.

But fingers crossed, because I Looooooooove dumplings....

Taqueria Reis had competition all over the place, including Rachel's across the the street. A dumpling place has no competition in the hood.

I hear all the best dog shit pie stores are opening in PH. Rents are just too damn high in PS for a halfway decent dog shit pie.
