Studio on Duffield, great commute to DUMBO and access to York, Jay, DeKalb MTA

This place is great. It's a well-kempt building in an old neighborhood on a short street. DUMBO is walking distance, the Manhattan Bridge bike path is near by, Brooklyn Bridge is just up Tillary... look at a map and check it out. There's a great variety of trains nearby, it's great being near the stops just before Manhattan. I like the quick access to the B57 and B62 buses and the short walk to York, Jay, and DeKalb subway stops.

Pets are okay, there's a backyard garden you have access to, on-site laundry...

Hardwood and tile floors. Refrigerator, stove, and microwave included.

Phenomenal water pressure in the always-hot shower.

Tin ceiling, if you like the old elements.

Direct entry from the outside so you don't have to go walking through the hallway to some stairs.

Anyway, great spot to catch a variety of lines one stop from Manhattan, and there's ample parking on-street and an enclosed garage a block away if you have a car, also fast access to the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges and BQE.

Thirty minutes to JFK via car, sixty minutes to JFK via train.

Two delis a short walk away, Target is one stop down Flatbush.

1500/month 1500 deposit for me, but the landlord may adjust that, I do not know.
