stabbing on St. Marks Ave?

Hi all,
On Sunday (6/11), I came home in the early afternoon and my street was blocked off by a zillion police cars. I asked some of the people standing around and they said there was an accident AND a stabbing. The cops were there until late evening.

This happend right in front Helios at the corner of St. Marks and 6th Ave. (Mere inches away from Prospect Heights).

I searched NY1, google news, etc... but can find no further info on it.

Were you there? Did you hear anything? What really happened?

It's all pretty strange.

Man, I wish I knew something about this incident, but I don't. I hope somebody does.

i hear on the news a few hrs ago there was a stabing in the franklin station some where.

I read about this stabbing in the Courier publications. It took place on St. Johns, but the suspect was apprehended on St. Marks & 6th. Here's the article:
