We are offering our apartment for 12 days (June 25-July 7) to a responsible, plant and cat-loving individual or couple for $350. In return for a large, well-ventilated, gracious space with a private backyard, we ask that you water our plants and feed our one cat and clean his litter box (not for the faint of heart). The apartment is located on

New York Ave. at Lincoln Pl. in a safe neighborhood, a block away from a commercial strip and one block away from the 3 train at the Nostrand Ave. Station. Downtown Manhattan is twenty minutes away by train, and the Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Garden, and Prospect Park are between a fifteen-twenty minute walk. The apartment has wireless, a washer/dryer, but no cable.
