Whether we like or dislike surveys, they remain an integral part of product and market research. Anyone attempting to understand the decision making process of their customers would love to have an insightful summary of their thoughts and purchasing tendencies.

Trends right now are anybody’s guess. Will Kindle remain the 800 pound gorilla in the field? Will cost conscious consumers consider Android tablets…thereby getting not only an ebook reader but also a neat little computer. Does pricing have an impact on ebook purchases? Is the shift to ebooks from print books as dramatic as the world believes?

The present dynamics of the publishing industry not only have Indie Authors continuously scrambling for recognition and acceptance…but also for the latest information.

At IKAB, Indie Kindle Authors Blog, we are no different. It is why we are introducing a series of rather simple surveys which will take less than a minute to complete. We are asking for no personal information and do not require either a login or email.
