Sunset Perk to serve alcohol

Apparently Sunset Perk, opening up next week on 39th between 4th and 5th will be open very late in the evenings and will be serving drinks. The owner's said it wasn't a "bar" per se, but when I walked through the space, it does have a bar like feel. They even had some sidewalk seating out yesterday with an Amstel Light Umbrella awning.

Its so ironic though that Both the Green Fig on 36th between 4th ad 5th and this new place have the SAME color green walls. Was there a sale on sea foam green paint?
