While still three months away, I want you to save the date for Bed Stuy’s celebration of itself – "Bed Stuy Alive," a week of activities from October 8 – 15.

On October 8, Bed Stuy Alive kicks off in front of Restoration Plaza with a community awards ceremony, an all-day street fair and Restoration Rocks, which features new emerging and main stage talent. Hallmarks of the event also include the 30th annual 10k run, the Brownstoners tour, a studio strut of local galleries, restaurant week and more.
