lucky you! we supposedly have FIOS running up to the middle of our street, and they have no plans to wire up the rest of it.

Friend just got Fios. Better up and download speeds than cable. He has the 99dollar triple play, same as what I had with cable. Difference is no contract, 1 free movie channel.12 or 14 bucks less in equipment charges and a free DVR for as long as you have the service, About 30 or 35 cheaper than cable with slightly more product

I have FIOS. It took them a while to get it installed because we were one of the first in our building to get it, and they had to run a new line to the basement FIOS junction.
...but it is pretty reliable.

Hmm, wonder how this schedule will be affected by the strike. Unless Verizon subs out its installation work.
