Retail space on Underhill near Prospect

There's activity in that storefront on Underhill that was almost a coffee place a while back. Does anyone know what's going on there?

I heard it's just going to be office space, nothing commercial ...

Highly unlikely it is going to be office space considering when the gates are up you can clearly see what looks like a counter top for either a store or a bar.

I am leaning towards store as the counter top seems to have glass display shelves.
