Hi all: Reposting from the Underhill Playground yahoo group. There is a meeting TOMORROW (Saturday, August 20) of Friends of the Underhill Playground, a community group that advocates for our playground but has not been active this past year. I am not going to post Margo's contact info, but please show up or join the yahoo group if you are interested in being involved.

Friends of Underhill Playground Meeting

WHEN: Saturday, August 20th at 10 a.m.

WHERE: Underhill Playground... back by the handball courts

WHAT: We are seeking new leadership for Friends of Underhill Playground...we will be discussing:

--Leadership roles

--Re-establishing contact with the Parks Department and PHNDC

--Upcoming projects: Replacing the trees lost in last years storm; Gardening & caring for the park; Community events; Activities/Programs for kids

The group hasn't met since last fall, but we have been keeping the yahoo group going and are eager to find new leadership. If you can't attend the meeting, but want to be involved, please contact me at
