Witnesses needed-Accident on Coney Island Beach,near pier 16-8 17 11.Woman (me)foot run over by Parks Dept.vehicle.Many witnesses,no reports taken by police.No personal statement taken-police account differs from event.Please help me-ask around.People saw and reacted to this-thank you
