Room for Sublet: October- January $600/month

Furnished Room available in Crown Heights apartment- $600 a month plus about $100/month in utilities (electric, gas, internet). Heat and water included. Room is approx. 15x 15 in front of apartment with large bay windows (great light!), separate entrance, and comes with a new full size bed and mattress plus nice wooden dresser. The current tenant, a musician, is out of the country until January so there is also a keyboard in one corner of the room. The room has a large closet with above closet storage.

Apartment is on top floor of eight-family building with roof access. Closest train is five minute walk to 3 at Nostrand or seven minute walk to 2/5 at President street. Additionally, a fifteen minute walk to A/C at Nostrand. B44 bus to downtown Brooklyn, Atlantic center and B45/B45 limited to A/C at Nostrand, G at Bedford Nostrand, and Williamsburg plaza directly across the street. Grocery store and laundry a few blocks away.

Current tenants are a couple whose room is at the other end of the railroad style apartment-- four rooms away from the vacant room. A social worker and a teacher, respectively. We are clean and quiet. A small, friendly, and extremely quiet french bulldog also lives on the other end of the apartment. Please email for more information or to set up a visit.
