Barking Cat Studio Announces Grand Re-Opening Celebration

Barking Cat Studio, an art studio located in Boerum Hill, is holding a Grand Re-Opening Week Celebration on September 17-18, 2011 from 10 am – 3 pm and September 19-22, 2011 from 6:30-8:30 pm, free and open to the public. At the Open House, guests can create free, fun and exciting arts and crafts, receive balloons and snacks, and can meet staff to learn about upcoming programs and special events.

Barking Cat Studio recently renovated their studio space and they’ve expanded their class offerings to include kids ages 18 to 108 years old. Class times and workshops are flexible and are held on weekdays, weeknights and weekends, with special event and birthday party programs also on weekends. Registration is preferred but drop-ins are always welcome, provided there is space available.

They will also be providing free arts and crafts at two upcoming community events:

•September 25, 2011 - Carroll Park Kids Concerts 2 pm

•October 2, 2011 - ATLANTIC ANTIC 12 pm to 6 pm Rain or Shine
