Anyone know why there were four or so marked and unmarked police cars and a bunch of officers hanging around the Franklin Avenue subway stop this morning? I saw two officers cross the street, then immediately turn around and start questioning a guy who had jaywalked right behind them, but I can't imagine they were actually there for that kind of quality of life enforcement...
