WHEN: Saturday, October 22 from 10am – 1pm

HOSTED BY: The St. Marks Avenue Association (now forming!) and the St. Marks Avenue Community Garden, in partnership with the Prospect Heights Street Tree Task Force and DSNY’s Lend-a-Tool Program
