Live Music and Dream Yoga: A workshop with Seth Lieberman and Lily Kardon

Embark on a musical yoga journey deep into the dream-state. In this workshop the practitioner will find passage to the calming comfort of subtle consciousness as the autumn winds rise scattering leaves and bringing about long nights. You will re-learn to rest peacefully… We will warm the body and still the mind with a rich yoga practice co-taught by Lily Kardon and Seth Lieberman before moving into the trance-like meditation of Yoga Nidra (dream yoga) guided by Lily. Seth will provide the soothing sounds of his live music to accompany you as you travel deep within in this sweet relaxing practice. Through the combination of asana practice, sacred sound and visualization--plus lots of hands on adjustments--this workshop will leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
