Need holiday housing for family - house sitting/sublet

Hey, we're looking for someone in need of house sitting over Christmas, specifically Dec. 22-27. My boyfriend's mother, grandmother, brother, and sister-in-law are all coming to town and we don't have room to house them all! They would happily care for pets as well, and are all non-smokers. Sublets being considered also. They will of course keep the place clean and wash any linens used. We can also offer a deposit if desired.

We'll mostly be socializing at our place and going out, they really just need a place to sleep. Hoping for three bedrooms, but a 2 bedroom with a pull out couch or room for us to bring an inflatable mattress in would work as well. We live on Bedford @ St. Johns, the closer to us the better but anywhere in the general area would do us just fine. His grandmother isn't too great with stairs, so we need a first floor unit or an elevator building.
