Any experience with DEP and noise complaints?

Hi guys--does anyone here have experience getting DEP to come out to your apartment to take noise readings? Dealing with a really noisy bar here--the problem is that it's not very noisy on the sidewalk outside (so cops don't do anything), just in our apartment (and some of the other units in the building).

311 sent us a survey to fill out and return to DEP, and theoretically DEP is supposed to send a worker out with a meter to take a reading and fine the joint if necessary. But we haven't heard a peep from DEP, and calling them is a frustrating experience.

Has anyone managed to actually get DEP workers out to their apartment? If so, was it worth it?
