Do you guys know about this amazing theatre performance & rehearsal space? It's run by A.R.T New York, and has office and class space for twenty different nonprofit theatre groups. http://brooklyn-spaces.com/2011/11/south-oxford-space/

It is really great. I had the fortune of going there to check out the Lone Wolf Theater group (they are amazing!). The space is excellent, and there is so much going on. I concur--it is amazing.
