i heard a rumor that the new richard meier building on plaza street (which they've dubbed One Prospect Park) is going to feature a barnes and noble bookstore. can anyone confirm this?

I hadn't heard that, but I think it would be pretty cool! It's not as if there are tons of independent bookstores in PH or CH that would be threatened by this.

Are you sure the person who told you this wasn't thinking of the new Williamsburg Bank builiding condo development (Magic Johnson's One Hanson Place)? I know that's going to get a Borders book store on the ground floor.
