A new kind of farm share is now available in Greenpoint.Plovgh, an online community where farms announce their harvest and members place orders from farms for pick-up in their neighborhood, has a new Pickup Point at Veronica People’s Club. Starting Saturday, December 17, 10am-2pm, Veronica People’s Club (105 Franklin Street between Greenpoint Avenue and Milton Street) will have Plovgh pickups every other week. To find out what’s available from the farms – from Long Island winter greens to Iowa popcorn, sign up at Plovgh.com.
