New social network for connecting with your neighbors

Hello, I'm working on a social network that helps people connect with their neighbors.

I'd be similar to Brooklynian but expanded to all neighborhoods and it'd let you more easily connect you with your neighborhood friends.

Are you interested in meeting new people in your neighborhood? Chatting with them online? Organizing or attending community events? Or simply finding out regular neighborhood happenings? If you answered yes to any of the above, this might be for you.

Before we deploy it, we'd like to get feedback from people such as yourself (the craigslist 'general community' forum seems like the perfect fit) to make sure we're on the right track.
