Yoga postures and yoga philosophy concepts are taught in a kid friendly way by incorporating creative movement, storytelling, art making and song. This class is intended to be an open and positive space for children to explore their imaginations and express themselves freely while learning self awareness, relaxation, inner peace and the many wonders and magic of Yoga.
