recommend a roofer?

i need someone to put down a walkable membrane over my bituminous roof.

it's not a deck; i don't want a deck structure built out.

I'm going to put some planters and stuff out there and just need something to protect the roof from getting punctured.

if you have any experience with something like this and can suggest a contractor and/or let me know what it cost you, I would appreciate it
