For future reference, Curtis Godoy, owner of Curtis Home Improvements, is a Master Painter and Carpenter, and is EPA-certified for working with buildings which have lead paint. Most importantly, he's a client of over 10 years, and the only painter / carpenter I allow to do any related work in my mom's house.
