Building on Ocean Ave - being demolished?

Hi, there's a big building on Ocean Ave. not far from the park exit that I thought was being restored, but it looks like it's being demolished. Is it? Does anyone know what's going in there? Is the area zoned or landmarked? I fear a Meier type building there, which would really disrupt that lovely strip of old buildings. I'd appreciate any info. Thanks.
