My name is Nicole and I am a BASI certified Pilates instructor looking to build my at home client base. I have over 10 yrs. of experience with Pilates and as a professional dancer/choreographer so I know how to keep things, fun, interesting and challenging for my clients without frustrating them. I have taught at several prestigious NYC Pilates studios including Pilates on Fifth, where I still train, and have managed and established successful Pilates programs at Equinox, Roslyn and the Prospect Park YMCA. I can do any of the following affordable options to suit your needs:

* Private Pilates lessons - $80 session, $720 (1 session free) for 10 session package

(incorporating props like bands, weights, balls, magic circles, foam rollers etc. I bring bands)

* Duets (you and a friend) $30 per person, $540 ($220 each) for 10 session package (1 session free)

* Group of 3 or more Pilates or Mommy/Baby Pilates $20 per session

Also Available:

* ZUMBA Dance Parties for kids and adults, will quote fee based on size of party and have space available in Clinton Hill

Pilates has been proven to strengthen the core, prevent or protect injuries by maintaining muscle balance and strength and will enable you to perform normal everyday functions or improve sports and other activities efficiently.I have also worked with several types of injuries ranging from herniated discs, scoliosis, bursitis and more, though I recommend private sessions for these individuals.
