I just found a new apartment but I needed to start the lease from April 1st,

which is a month and half before my current lease ends. So I am looking for

someone to take over my lease starting April 15th.

bedrooms, and one smaller bedroom, plus eat-in kitchen, living room, bathroom

and so many closets. Has windows on all 4 sides, so it's very bright. Two large

bedrooms are located on each end of the house so it works well for roommates

too. It's about 1000 sf and $1600/month.

Close to Q train at Ave J station. Using B6, B11 orB68 bus, you can get to F

train too. Heat and hot water included.

The landlord wants the prospective tenants to go through her broker who requires

1 month fee.
