Yoga is wonderful for everyone, but can be especially beneficial for children with special needs.

Give your child (and your family) the gift of yoga.

Sessions are fun, expectation-free, and tailored specifically to meet each child's needs and interests.

Through asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing exercises), singing/chanting, and deep relaxation, yoga will help your child will strengthen and stretch the entire musculoskeletal system, balance the nervous system, increase breathing efficiency, improve body awareness, and improve communication and self-regulation.

30-45 minute sessions are conducted in your home. Private and small-group sessions available.
