Richmond Home Care space now vacated

For what seems like forever, a building located at Lincoln and Washington has been rented by a Home Care agency. This is right by Love's Liquors.

They have now left, and 1200 sq ft of prime space is available. I predict a bar.

Maybe these folks meant to type 695 Lincoln (address of former home care agency), as opposed to 409?

The vacant home care agency was at 695 Lincoln, near the corner of Washington and Lincoln.

We heard through the grapevine that the team behind al di là spinoff Bar Corvo had a new spot in the works, and co-owner Jacob Somers confirms. While he's not ready to reveal the concept (our tipster said meat-and-cheese place, though Somers says that's not quite right), he did give the address: 409 Lincoln Place, just around the corner from Corvo's Washington Avenue digs. Expect an early fall opening on this one.

695 Lincoln pl. is near Rogers, not Washington. And that storefront is not at 695 Lincoln pl. I just walked the hound past that address so I'm quite sure.

Dah, I have failed to use Google correctly.

I was trying to get the address for the storefront pictured above, and ended up using the address for another location of Richmond Home Care.

...but overall I think I am correct!

About 3 months ago, I speculated that the former home care place would become a bar ...and I predict this place will have an alcohol lic.
