If you haven't already checked out Bill Batson, you should do so right now! He's running for our assembly district (open seat because Rodger Green is running for Congress) and is a great guy, great neighbor, an artist, and is going to protect our neighborhood from destructive developers.

Bill opposes the Ratner in favor of sane, community-based, democratic development that doesn't abuse eminent domain or taxpayers.

His opponent Hakeem Jeffries supports the Ratner Plan.

also, today isn't the last day to contribute to the campaign, just the last day before filing and total donations are made public. so if you DO plan on contributing it would be good to do so today.

but if you can't today, you have til the primary, Sept. 12, to contribute.
