Camp Bulldog offers serious instruction on all aspects of youth baseball for children ages 8-12 in a fun environment, with t-shirts, hats and daily awards. The Directors are certified in Positive Coaching, CPR and First Aid and can easily customize training for each player's skill level.

Conveniently located on Prospect Park's baseball fields, there are six weekly sessions of the Summer Baseball Day Camp starting on June 18th, M-F 8:30-2:30pm. I'm all for positive interactions in youth sports. It's great to hear there are options out there where coaches are hopefully discouraging that dad from screaming angry instructions to the poor outfielders. I've been day dreaming about when little Z is old enough to play baseball of some sort. BUT, Daily awards? That seems a wee bit excessive. Why not just tell them good job, you'll see them tomorrow and then maybe give them all awards at the end.
