We will be renting a Commercial/Studio space in Our Landmark Building in Park Slope. Location is 9th Street between 4th and 5th Ave. The space would be appropriate for an Architect, Lawyer, Artist, Writer or anyone who needs a miraculous work space. If you have "clients" who will be coming the impact of this building and space will make a great first impression. . It is so unique that it is hard to describe. It is on the third floor of our home. The space is off a central staircase so that you are not walking "through" someone else's private space.It is approximately 400 square feet and is an L shape that cuts across the front of the house and part of the side of the house. There are major windows on both sides so light is totally extraordinary. We are asking $1,000 a month. The space is "shareable" for two artists or professionals who could work out their hours of usage.

It is available June 1st. I am posting it here first because I have been a long time poster on this site and I would love it to be rented to someone who also has a connection to Brooklynian. Next Monday the the plan is to post an ad on Craigs list and my expectation is that it will be gone in a flash.

Wow.. I can't believe I have not gotten any responses on this! Just went upstairs to straighten up the space and it filled with gorgeous sun light and great views of the front garden.

Oh well... off to post on Craigs list.
