Responsible couple seeks 1BR Apt Park Slope
Dear Brooklynians
I am hoping for some advice on how to find a low/no fee apartment in Park Slope or maybe, if we are really lucky, to find a landlord who is looking for tenants like us!
About us...
We are a responsible, respectful couple in our mid-thirties. We are home owners ourselves and rent out our home, so understand the importance of having good tenants. We are non smokers and have no pets.
What we seek...
We are looking for a one bedroom apartment in Park Slope, with a useable kitchen, good light and a bedroom large enough for a queensize bed. We are looking at a maximum of $2500, but we would be happier at about $2300. Our move in date would be between July 15 and August 1.
Many thanks - I look forward to the influx of offers ![]()
