Rolling Up the Gates Storefront Stroll

Are you an aspiring business owner?

Are you a property owner with vacant space?

Are you an existing business owner and want to expand?

If you are a start-up or an existing business wanting to expand and are looking for a home in Clinton Hill or Bedford Stuyvesant Brooklyn, come join Pratt Area Community Council in partnership with Bed-Stuy Gateway Bid and Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration for another “Rolling Up the Gates” Storefront Stroll event.

First, you will meet with local financial and business resource organizations that will be available to speak about what business services are available to help you become a better entrepreneur and make your small business more competitive.

Second, we are “Rolling Up the Gates” of more than 15 vacant commercial spaces along Fulton St, Bedford Ave, and Nostrand Ave for an exclusive viewing.

Lastly, you get to take a ride on “Molly the Trolley” for a guided tour of vacant commercial spaces to locate a new home for your new business.

Our economic development department works closely with merchants and other agencies throughout Central Brooklyn.
