We have a rehearsal practice space available for rent, and we are looking for a band(s).

-The building and all its rooms are ventilated, heated, and AIR CONDITIONED!

-You will have the room entirely to yourself, with no bands above or below you playing music

-Unrestricted 24-hour access

-50 yards from the Dekalb L train!

-Perfect sized rooms for one or two bands

-No noise curfew!

-Private passenger elevator

-Clean professional modern bathrooms and bathroom facilities

-Each room has two 20 amp electrical circuits

-Rooms are clean, dry, and secure, and the building has modern CCTV security systems

-All rooms built for acoustic optimization - all walls are non-parallel surfaces, and have ceilings with acoustical insulation

Rooms start at 450$/month and no room is more expensive than $495/month. This is a space to practice in NOT a space to live in.
