Just in case you are interested, here's the Wikipedia article on the Castillo of Jagua in Cuba. The article is pretty bare, and completely fails to mention the castle being the inspiration for some of the best sandwiches in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, NY.

  • and then you'd HAVE to get it right about The Whole Epic Story of the various Castillos de Jagua - the original one on the Lower East Side, and the various relatives who got franchises . . . El Gran Castillo, El Rey de Gran Castillo etc.
