London Olympics watchery and some NBC-directed ranting
Anyone know a good place to watch the Olympics? I saw some old postings about Woodwork and Plan B for the last couple - are they doing it again this year?
And does anyone have a way to access the local broadcast schedule that does not require selecting a cable provider on the NBC website?
As a final aside, why oh why would NBC make live online streaming available only to people who have cable subscriptions that would ALLOW THEM TO WATCH IT LIVE ON TV ANYWAY? Arrrrgh.

Plan B is open again and Woodwork lists on their website that they are showing the Olympics starting at 10 AM every day.
Also, agreed about the streaming being limited to pay television subscribers. I was very disappointed.
