ah makes sense yeah on the bottom says notary I wasn't sure if i filled the top part out I left the notary part alone. and seems to be fewer notaries around these days. went to tons of stupid drug stores no notary lol.

Yup, I've found that Banks only let account holders use theirs.

AW that is a notary jurat and it gets filled in by the notary with the date they see you sign. If you are going to be around the hood this weekend I can notarize for you. If not most attorney offices have a notary
