September is National Preparedness Month, a month-long campaign to promote emergency preparedness.

On Thursday, September 6 (Sunset) at Cadman Plaza Park, Brooklyn, the NYC Office of Emergency Management will kick-off National Preparedness Month with an outdoor movie screening of Contagion.
