I have no idea who will show up, but I hope as many as possible.

Past events have been criticized for excluding those who don't drink and those who have children, so I propose the following:

Starting time and location: 8:00 PM, The Neptune Diner on Classon Avenue.

Following this affordable meal, those interested will head to a bar (or several bars) on Franklin Ave.

RSVPs not required, but if you chatter here, I will know whether I should warn the diner ahead of time of our impending arrival.

Which bar, Whynot? I don't have much interest in the diner/food aspect

Being that I unilaterally picked the affordable diner, I feel the strange need to provide an illusion of democracy regarding which bar we go to.

If they are unable to reach a decision quickly, I will attempt suspend the illusion of democracy and implement totalitarian rule.

Regardless of the decision making process, I will post which bar we are headed to on this thread at approximately 8:30 PM, Saturday.
