I am looking for a commercial space in the Crown Heights,Prospect Heights, Bedford Stuyvesant, Clinton Hills or Downtown Brooklyn Area

$1100-$2000 a month.

Must be on a major strip. Space must be renovated with proper insulation.

Duplex Commercial Spaces ok.

Have you tried the Pratt Area Community Council?

They run a "open up the gates" trolley tour on weekends, wherein they show new small businesses the sites presently available, and work closely with the NYC SBA.

The Heart of Brooklyn (located on Washington near Lincoln) does similar work.

...while PACC and HoB have a bias that is "pro" the area they cover, they also want new businesses to succeed.

...which makes them have a different focus that a broker.
